Awesome effort today guys and girls, well done! That skipping workout was a tough one!
Something a little bit different today, with a continuously running stop watch, everyone finished one challenge and then moved onto the next and recorded their time when each challenge was completed.
We perform X Fitness once per week. It is based on CrossFit methodology and is a great way to test your fitness as all challanges are results based by either time or repetition.
Challenge 1
50 double unders (or 250 skips)
25 sit ups
Decrease double unders by 10 and sit ups by 5 (or skips by 50)

Great workout today guys, Tabata intervals and a couple of small challenges. Let me know how those legs feel after the lunges:)
