A huge thanks to everyone for a great effort this year. I have had some fantastic feedback in the past few days and I have to say hearing how grateful you all are to me really makes my job worthwhile and satisfying, so thank you all very much.

I look forward to seeing you all in the new year and taking you to new levels of health and fitness!

Happy holidays, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Use this next week to rest and recuperate and if you want to work out, do something different. Go for a soft sand run, a bush run, some hill runs, kayak, mountain bike, swim, just generally do something you don’t often do. The week away from the intense exercise will do you good and let your body come back stronger in 2012.

See you all on the 3rd January.
